A Jewish-Arab leadership program that will struggle for a just and equal society, true Jewish-Arab partnership, and eradication of discrimination and racism.

The participants go through an intensive, developing, and consolidating experience that exposes them to the challenges of Israeli society, the in-depth processes, and the potential levers of change, and gives them tools to create partnerships, motivate people to act civilly and lead processes of social change.

Alumni of the program initiate joint projects to promote a just and equal society, under the guidance of the program staff.
The program is held in collaboration with the “Standing Together” (“Omdim B’eYachad”) movement.
