“Seeds of Summer” is a 5-weeks leadership seminar for young adults between the ages of 20-25. The program is fully accommodated, in small study groups in a safe and friendly atmosphere.

The program is constructed of lectures, educational tours, and meetings with intellectuals, researchers, activists and politicians. The subjects that are being discussed in the program are Zionism, pioneering, Israeli Judaism, gender, economy and society, diversity and multiculturalism, politics, the Middle East and the Jewish-Arab encounter, religion and state, activism, and communities. In fixed and concise time an extraordinary process of creating a community and developing a worldview is formed.

The alumni of the program later integrate into a variety of key positions in Israeli society, such as Student Governments, the 3rd section, education system, culture, high-tech startups, and more.
